1. Introduction

Welcome to Kemet Curator. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our professional tour guide services. By booking a tour with Ibrahim Ahmed, you accept these terms in full.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All private tours are bespoke and must be confirmed via email or WhatsApp.
Bookings for the 2026 season are subject to availability and the agreed-upon itinerary.

3. Payment Policy

Payments are accepted in USD or EGP as discussed during the planning phase.
For multi-day expeditions, a deposit may be requested to secure your specific dates.
Final payments are generally settled on the first day of the tour service.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the tour are free of charge.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours or "no-shows" will be subject to a fee.
Force Majeure: In case of government site closures, we will provide an alternative itinerary of equal historical value.

5. Professional Conduct

As a licensed Egyptologist, I prioritize the preservation of archaeological sites. Clients are expected to follow all local regulations regarding photography and site etiquette to protect our ancient heritage.

6. Liability

While every safety precaution is taken, Kemet Curator is not liable for personal injury, illness, or property loss. Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers visiting Luxor.
